Has Hogan Transportation been contracted by your local school board to provide transportation services for your student this school year?
We have been specializing in curb-to-curb services for exceptional children for over 60 years.

Hogan Guidelines
* No food or drinks are to be consumed on the van.
* No weapons of any kind are permitted on the van.
* We cannot administer or transport controlled substances.
* Drivers will wait 3 minutes for students to board van, after which, we may instruct our driver to leave.
* We strive to be consistent with pick-up times, occasionally drivers may be delayed. We will do our best to notify parents if delays are 15 minutes or more.
* If the driver arrives earlier than their scheduled pick up time, please do not rush. We do not expect students to come out before their scheduled time.
* Our driver cannot wait more than 7 minutes for children to come out of school buildings. We pick up students from multiple schools at many different times.
* Return home time can vary depending on traffic and how many students rode on the van that day. Be prepared to have someone at home at school dismissal times.
Please call our office if your child will not be riding the van due to illness, a scheduled appointment or a vacation. Please specify if your child only needs A.M. or P.M. transportation.
DO NOT call the driver directly. All communication needs to come through the office.
Remember that the school does not contact us when you notify them that your student will not be attending.
Call your local board of education as well as our office if you need to make any changes to:
· School arrival and departure times
· Cancelling transportation permanently
· Change of address
We cannot make any of these changes without the board’s approval!
