We have an on-going need for drivers in Cleveland and surrounding areas.

Drivers must first be approved by our insurance carrier before we can proceed with employment.

This is a part time position.

1. Must be at least 25 years old
2. Must have a valid Ohio Driver License - a CDL is not required
3. Must be able to pass an annual physical and drug screen
4. Must be able to pass an FBI and BCI check

5. Drivers must be able to move about the van in order to assure all students are properly buckled in their seats and be able to lift 40 pounds.

All training and state required testing will take place at our Willoughby office.

Shift is split, allowing time in between to schedule appointments.

Mornings - pick up students and transport them to school.
Afternoons - pick up students and transport them home.

Pay rate, pending experience: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

  • Monday through Friday

  • No weekends

Drivers take their vans home with them and leave each day from home. Must have a secure location to park the van.

Monitors

Van Monitors are responsible for assisting van drivers in the safe transportation of students to and from school. Must be able to maneuver throughout the van in order to assure students are safely buckled and remain in their seats at all time. Must be able to lift 40 pounds.

Monitors need to engage with students in order for the driver to be free from distractions.

Each child's needs are different, but all require a calm, caring, compassionate person. Experience with children is a plus.

Applicants must be 25 years old or have previous experience with expectational children or adults, must pass a FBI/BCI background check and an annual drug screen.

This is a part time position, requiring 2 to 4 hours per day, depending on the route.

Monitors are picked up and returned to their home each day by their drivers.

Pay rate, pending experience: $10.50 - $12.00 per hour
